If you are not completely satisfied and would like to return or exchange a product, we are here to help. You have 15 days from the delivery of your order to request a return.

Gift vouchers and unique items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return
Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn, with tags attached, neatly folded and in their original packaging. Direct exchanges are not possible. We kindly ask you to return the item and place a new order for the correct size or product.

Returning an item within the EU*:

Register your return by sending an email to info@cobbles.be. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.

Place the items in a box and include the packing slip you received.

Ship the package with a courier of your choice. Return shipping costs are always at the customer’s expense.

*Returns from outside the EU are not possible due to customs and tax regulations.
Refund of an item:

We will refund the amount within 15 working days after the item has been delivered to our warehouse. Shipping costs are always excluded.

If for any reason you have not received your refund after 30 days, please contact us.
