Returns
If you are not completely satisfied and would like to return or exchange a product, we are here to help. You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return.
Gift vouchers and unique items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return
For purchases made as a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, starting on the day of delivery, during which you may withdraw from your purchase and return the product without giving a reason.
The product may only be returned unused and in its original packaging, after contacting us by email at info@cobblesbv.be.
The parcel must reach us in good condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If you wish to exchange the product, Cobbles will ship the replacement product free of charge.
At your request, Cobbles BV will refund the full purchase price, if already paid, excluding the shipping costs charged.
