Shipping

During promotions, sales or public holidays, delivery times may be delayed. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will not be processed until the next working day.

Free shipping is not active during sales and promotional periods.

For international orders, please note that we are not responsible for paying import duties, customs fees, taxes or tariffs once your package arrives in the destination country.

Once your items have been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. We pack your orders in our own warehouse twice a week. You will receive your parcel within 3–5 working days.

Free shipping within Europe from €100 and to North America from €150. Free shipping is not active during sales and promotional periods.
